Yoga with June Kwak

Pioneer Room

This community class offers a friendly small group in which to learn the fundamental poses of yoga that help you to live with more awareness of your body, mind and breath. Improve balance. Breathe easier. Stand, sit and walk with greater poise and ease. Are you looking for a yoga class where the coffee afterwards is as important as the class? Join us Tuesday morning for strengthening movement, mindful breathing, relaxing poses and often a coffee following class. The regular members of this group are older in years, friendly and young at heart. We welcome all to join us. No prior yoga experience required. Please bring your own yoga mat.
